Ham and Bean Soup

3 cans Great Northern Beans
1/2 c onion, diced
2 T butter, dash pepper
2 cans chicken broth
10 oz sliced ham steak, cut up

Drain beans, process 1 can of beans in a blender.  In a large soup pot, melt butter and sauté onions.  Add broth pepper ham processed beans and remaining can of beans to pot.  Mix heat thoroughly.
